History 

RLS first began in 2018 as a way to offer Sales as a Service to a promising cybersecurity startup. It has since evolved to provide consulting and solutions to not only help businesses that want to scale and grow, but also those that need help navigating difficult decisions.

Ryan’s experience across mathematics, education, technology, insurance, and sales have helped him become a business-oriented problem solver that can simplify complex topics.

His eclectic and diverse background is now able to be leveraged by businesses that are interested in outside perspectives to help them overcome challenges.

Anyone who has worked with Ryan in the past knows that he strives to deeply understand his customers’ needs and put himself in their shoes. His advice and recommendations come from that deep understanding and his experience working with thousands of businesses over the last 20+ years, ranging from the smallest startups to several of the Top 100 Insurance Agencies and Brokers in the US.
